At Denvium S.A. (hereinafter, "Denvium"), protecting the personal information of our users is a priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our real estate crowdlending platform.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect the following personal data: Identification data: full name, document number (DNI/CUIT/CUIL), date of birth, nationality. Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address. Financial data: banking information for managing investments and returns. Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site. Voluntarily provided data: information entered in contact or inquiry forms.
3. Purpose of data processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: Managing your registration and account on the platform. Processing and administering your crowdlending investments. Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including BCRA and Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) regulations. Sending communications related to your investments and platform operation. Improving user experience and site functionality. Preventing fraud and illicit activities.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: Your express consent when registering on the platform. Execution of the service agreement between you and Denvium. Compliance with legal obligations (Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, BCRA, UIF, and CNV regulations). Denvium's legitimate interest in improving its services and preventing fraudulent activities.
5. Data retention
Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and, in any case, during the legal retention periods established by current Argentine regulations. Investor data is retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with the provisions of the National Civil and Commercial Code and UIF regulations.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Law 25,326 and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, you have the right to: Access your personal data held in our databases. Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data. Request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary. Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances. To exercise these rights, you may write to us at privacidad@denvium.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory body, has the authority to address complaints and claims filed by those affected.
7. International data transfers
Denvium may transfer personal data to service providers located outside of Argentina, provided that such countries offer adequate levels of protection as established by Law 25,326 and AAIP provisions. In all cases, the necessary contractual guarantees will be implemented.
8. Information security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes data encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, periodic audits, and staff training.
9. Changes to this policy
Denvium reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and/or by email. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new policy.
