Financial data: banking information for managing investments and returns. Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site. Voluntarily provided data: information entered in contact or inquiry forms.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: Managing your registration and account on the platform. Processing and administering your crowdlending investments. Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including BCRA and Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) regulations. Sending communications related to your investments and platform operation. Improving user experience and site functionality. Preventing fraud and illicit activities.

The processing of your data is based on: Your express consent when registering on the platform. Execution of the service agreement between you and Denvium. Compliance with legal obligations (Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, BCRA, UIF, and CNV regulations). Denvium's legitimate interest in improving its services and preventing fraudulent activities.

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and, in any case, during the legal retention periods established by current Argentine regulations. Investor data is retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with the provisions of the National Civil and Commercial Code and UIF regulations.

In accordance with Law 25,326 and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, you have the right to: Access your personal data held in our databases. Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data. Denvium reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and/or by email. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new policy.
